Inspection operations are performed in our inspection lab, a controlled environment free of foreign object debris (FOB). For inspection we utilize calibrated tools ranging from optical comparators, micrometers, to our coordinate-measuring machine (CMM) among more. All inspection tools used among staff are controlled by a calibration list that is routinely logged and updated.
Our Brothers’ Swiss team is well-versed in the importance of quality. Quality training is a key component to our company’s success, which includes collaborating with our customers and vendors to achieve the highest quality products possible.
Our vendors are approved with results acquired through our Approved Vendors List Survey and on-site audits performed routinely. Suppliers quality and delivery ratings are kept and updated monthly.
